At Treeline Quilting, we work hard to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible while ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly.

Shipping Rates

Most orders ship for a flat rate of $6.95 anywhere in the United States.

Some larger or bulkier items require additional packaging or incur higher carrier costs. These products are subject to an Oversize Product Charge of $2.00, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

As shipping rates continue to fluctuate, this approach allows us to keep shipping costs fair and affordable for the majority of our customers while covering the additional expense of larger items.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our website.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using the best available carrier based on cost, package size, destination, and estimated delivery date. We primarily use USPS and UPS to provide the most reliable and economical shipping option for each order.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

During peak times, such as holidays, special events, or major sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier selected.

While we do our best to ship promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at treelinequilting@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
