Sparkler Pebble is a Riley Blake Designs basic fabric, perfect for quilting, binding, backgrounds, borders, bags, and other sewing projects.

Fabric is sold in 1/4-yard units with a 1/2-yard minimum. Quantity 2 = 1/2 yard, Quantity 3 = 3/4 yard, Quantity 4 = 1 yard, etc. Your fabric will be cut in one continuous piece whenever possible.
